We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Your billing details can be updated anytime through your account dashboard.
Log in and go to Account Settings > Billing. From there, you can update your payment method, billing address, and view your invoices.
Navigate to your Billing Settings and click “Manage Plan”. You can seamlessly upgrade or downgrade your plan, and changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry. You’ll receive a notification email, and your access remains active for a short grace period before suspension.
Yes, you can cancel at any time through the billing portal. You will retain access until the end of your billing period, and no future charges will be applied.
